Microsoft Dynamics NAV implementation

In 2015, the Microsoft Dynamics NAV implementation project was launched for all the companies within the TELEMOND Group.

TELEMOND Holding uses Microsoft Dynamics NAV 2015 ERP system in the areas of Finance, Purchase, Sales, Warehouse, Manufacturing (order planning and execution), electronic Banking, agiles Workflow, time and material usage registration in production and MDMS (Master Data Management System).

Implementation of the ERP system done in parallel in all companies of the TELEMOND Group has primarily provided for standardisation of processes and functionalities, since all data is currently stored in a single base. The companies have achieved a number of benefits translating into a higher level of data management, better and faster decision-making, more effective production and business processes executed within the Group.

At present, the ERP system is used by 87 users in the TELEMOND Group.

Implementation project has been realized by IT.integro, Microsoft partner.
